New Stuff...



     I took my entrance exam for culinart art school yesterday , I think I did well I think I will be getting my results today so as soon as I find out I will let you guys know.!!

I mentioned in an earlier blog that I am puting myself through boyfriend rehab , well to start that I went and bought myself some nice healthier food to start treeting my body with more TLC. I went to bed earlier lastnight which was a treat for my body also , because usually I go to bed super late like in the am hours. So I have officialy started on my quest to get and give myself the things that I really need. For a long time I put my needs aside for someone who did not appreciate the effort and the things for our relationship. So....

On with the good stuff and the progression. Tommorow morning will be a battle to get up eraly and go for a walk ..

Any advice for that last one is welcome because I have a hard time getting up in the morning.

I'm so glad to hear you are putting yourself through boyfriend rehab. Putting yourself first is always the best thing to do and you'll end up feeling absolutely wonderful.

Some suggestions for getting up early:
1. Put your alarm clock far enough away from you so that you actually have to get up and turn it off (unless you don't mind hearing annoying beeping over and over and over again for a long period of time).
2. Get a bunch of alarms and set them to go off one after another (if one alarm can't get you up, five or so going off at once might to do the trick).
3. Jump in the shower when yo get out of bed (that always seems to quickly and fully wake me up).
4. Drink yummy coffee (but this might become a habit and you don't want to be a major coffee addict like me).
5. Make an intricate contraption that somehow drops a water balloon or a bucket of water on your head when your alarm goes off (creativity can take you a long way).
